PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Fallow Construction offers all aspects of services including scheduling, estimating, engineering, constructibility reviews, coordination of trades, competitive bids, and permitting.
CONSTRUCTION
The Fallow Team works hand in hand with all parties of the build team to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and building experience throughout the project. We strategically select each project manager and superintendent based on project needs. We provide face to face interactions with customers and trades.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
As a last step in the construction process, the Fallow Team will provide full site clean, on-site training, and final inspections. As each project comes to completion, our team will schedule a final walkthrough with all parties to ensure complete satisfaction is met.
